Dolce & Gabbana is set to redefine luxury living by blending fashion and real estate in a high-end condominium tower. The renowned Italian clothing brand is likely to collaborate with JDS Development on their ongoing ultra-luxury project, tentatively named 888 Brickell. This ambitious endeavor aims to create a 1,049-foot supertall real estate condo, elevating the Miami skyline.
Initially envisioned as a tower with five levels dedicated to restaurant concepts, the project shifted its direction. New York-based JDS Development has secured approval for an 82-story luxury condo tower comprising 259 units along 888 Brickell Avenue. While the partnership with Dolce & Gabbana hasn't been officially confirmed, it aligns with the tower's pre-existing vision of opulence and luxury.
Designed by Studio Sofield in collaboration with ODP, JDS' supertall embodies the lavish spirit of the Gatsby era. Envisioned features include a porte cochere adorned with gold leaf trim, an exterior facade crafted from ivory travertine, and accentuated by high-gloss steel columns. The anticipated involvement of Dolce & Gabbana, renowned for injecting high glam and drama into every endeavor, is expected to further elevate the real estate condo tower's already exquisite ambiance.
