William Beaver House Introduction:
The William Beaver House is a new luxury condo construction, 320 residence condominium tower rising 47 floors above the historic New York Wall Street area. Andre Balazs and SDS investments have created a building inspired directly by Mr. Balazs’ experiences as a hotel builder/operator and developer of imaginative residential projects.
